Know why your email moved.
Reach more of who's already on your site.
Growth Layer is an intelligence-and-identity layer on your Shopify + Klaviyo stack: it tells you in plain English why your email numbers moved, and turns a share of your anonymous visitors into contacts you can reach — connected with a read-only key, consent-first.
read-only Shopify Custom App token (BYOK) + your own Klaviyo key. Free during the private beta.

Two modules on your Shopify + Klaviyo stack
Lead with the safe one. Turn on the second when you're ready.
Campaign Copilot
Know why your Klaviyo numbers moved — in plain English.
Watches your Klaviyo and ad metrics against a rolling baseline and tells you — in plain English — why a number moved, then recommends a fix. It reads your data; it never runs your campaigns for you.
- ✓ Anomaly detection against a 14-day rolling baseline, not a fixed threshold
- ✓ Plain-English root-cause diagnosis with a confidence score
- ✓ A recommended fix for each anomaly — you decide whether to apply it
- ✓ Read-only: connects with your own Klaviyo key, changes nothing on its own
Visitor-ID
Turn anonymous high-intent visitors into contacts — consent-first.
Most store visitors never identify themselves. Visitor-ID resolves a share of that anonymous traffic into contactable profiles and syncs the matches into Klaviyo and Meta — consent-first, so your existing flows can re-engage them.
- ✓ Resolves a share of anonymous visitors — the identity graph is US-centric, so the match rate varies by store and audience
- ✓ Syncs matched contacts into Klaviyo + Meta Custom Audiences
- ✓ Consent + GPC + suppression built in — GDPR-first, not bolted on
- ✓ Needs one blessed write scope (the storefront pixel); everything else stays read-only

Frequently asked questions
What does Growth Layer do?
Two things, on top of your existing Shopify + Klaviyo setup. Campaign Copilot watches your Klaviyo performance and tells you in plain English why a campaign's numbers moved, then recommends a fix. Visitor-ID resolves a share of your anonymous store visitors into contactable profiles and syncs the matches into Klaviyo and Meta so your flows can re-engage them.
Does Growth Layer make changes in my Klaviyo account?
Campaign Copilot is read-only — it connects with your own Klaviyo key, diagnoses what happened, and recommends a fix, but it does not run campaigns for you. Visitor-ID writes only the storefront pixel it needs, and only if you switch Visitor-ID on; everything else stays read-only.
How does Visitor-ID identify anonymous visitors, and is it GDPR-compliant?
It matches anonymous visitors against a third-party identity graph and returns a contactable profile for the share it can resolve. The graph is US-centric, so the match rate varies by store and audience, and it resolves a share of your traffic — never all of it. It is built consent-first: consent signals and Global Privacy Control are honoured, opt-outs are suppressed before any sync, and Growth Layer pools patterns, not people. It runs on Sico Software's own hardware with GDPR and data deletion built in from day one.
How is Growth Layer different from Klaviyo's own reporting?
Klaviyo shows you what happened — opens, clicks, revenue. Growth Layer tells you why it happened: it detects the anomaly against a rolling baseline, names the likely cause, and recommends the fix, which Klaviyo's native dashboards don't do. Visitor-ID then adds an audience Klaviyo can't see on its own.
How is this different from a tool like Opensend or RB2B?
Those are dedicated visitor-identification tools, and as specialists they will typically resolve more visitors than Growth Layer does. Growth Layer's difference is that identification is bundled with Klaviyo diagnosis and is consent-first by design, at a lower entry price — it's for stores that want both the 'why did this move' and 'who's on my site' answers in one place, not a maximum-match-rate identity tool.
What does Growth Layer cost?
It's free during the private beta. When billing begins, Starter ($39/month) is Campaign Copilot, Growth ($79/month) adds Visitor identification with Klaviyo sync, and Scale ($149/month) adds higher resolved-contact volume and Meta Custom Audiences. Month-to-month, cancel in one click.
