How the tiers work
- Starter is Campaign Copilot: Klaviyo anomaly detection, plain-English diagnosis, and a recommended fix for every anomaly. It's read-only — it connects with your own Klaviyo key and never runs campaigns for you.
- Growth adds Visitor-ID, which resolves a share of your anonymous visitors (via a US-centric identity graph, so the match rate varies by store and audience) and syncs the matches into Klaviyo. Consent, Global Privacy Control and suppression are built in.
- Scale adds a higher monthly resolved-contact volume and syncs matched contacts into Meta Custom Audiences too.
Resolved-contact volume caps are set in billing and described qualitatively here on purpose — we don't publish a specific number we might change. That's the honest thing to do. Questions? Talk to us.
